The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours) Class of 2024 comprised 188 of the 2,447 students who graduated from the 34th Convocation Ceremony at Management and Science University (MSU).
Prior to the ceremony, 167 graduating doctors from MSU Shah Alam and 21 from MSU Bangalore (India) pledged caring and healing in Hippocratic Oath Taking. Nine among them were international graduates from Sri Lanka (5), Maldives (2), Somalia (1), and Tanzania (1).
Leading the oath was Mohd Zarith Naim Md Zainuddin, a welfare exco of the MSU Student Representative Council 2022/2023.
Witnessing the oath were Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Dr. Mohd Shukri Abd Yajid, President and Founder of MSU; Associate Professor Dr. Halina Atan, Director of Registrar Office; Professor Dr. Mohamad Khairuddin Abdul Wahab; Dean of IMS; Professor Dr. Indang Ariati Ariffin, Vice President for Research & International Affairs; Associate Professor Dr. Sudha Suresh; Associate Dean of IMS (Bangalore campus); Professor Dr. Noraini @ Nur Nahar Yunus, Dean of the School of Dentistry; Professor Dato Dr. Bashir Ahmad Fateh Mohamed, Dean of School of Veterinary Medicine; and Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Fadli Mohd Asmani, Dean of School of Pharmacy.
The graduating MBBS class at the International Medical School (IMS) left with a parting message by Professor Dr. Mohd Shukri.
