Professor Tan Sri Wira Dr. Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, the President and Founder of MSU, and Major General Muhammad Kaleem Asif HI(M), Retd., the Rector of FUI, executed the signing in the presence of Professor Dr. Indang Ariati Ariffin, Vice President (Research and Internationalisation), and Prof. Dr. Amir Gulzar, Registrar (FUI).
