The world of work can be intimidating to the new graduates joining it. At MSU, while a holistic curriculum provides every possible opportunity for MSUrians to reach the point of transformation into well-roundedness by the time they convocate, alumni engagement certainly helps.

 

Onward from their undergraduate years, MSU alumni continue to make valuable economic and social contributions worldwide. Three recently contributed closer to home. On campus to share tips and give guidance to junior MSUrians on ‘Healthy Lifestyles towards Positive Minds’ were Achmed Fadillah Steinberg of Petronas, Nur Rafidah Marina from Top Glove, and Akki Illavarasan from IAA Crew.

 

 

Held at the MSU Performing Arts Theatre, the Sembang Teh Tarik 2.0 sharing session attracted a packed audience comprising students from MSU College Shah Alam. Certificate of Business Management student Nur Afrina Nabilah Asmadi said she gained new knowledge on stress management and how to identify opportunities for improvement.

 

“Success does not come on its own without continued, unwavering support from the people around you. The knowledge shared today by our own seniors was certainly beneficial to all of us.”
