The World Health Organization defines health as not only soundness of body and mind but also the wholeness of a person; with meaning and purpose, social connectedness, and character strengths among the important contributors to holistic well-being. Management and Science University (MSU) welcomed its new batch of students this August to the annual Graduate Excellence Programme (Program Mahasiswa Cemerlang, PMC).

Gathering them from the MSU main campus in Shah Alam Section 13 as well as the ten branches of MSU College nationwide, the second virtual edition of PMC also counted the participation of international students from Bangladesh, Brunei, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Addressing the MSUrians was Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Dr Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, who emphasized the building of a foundation to excellence.

With MSU currently recording 92 percent success on the Index for Graduation on Time (iGoT), passing is a given to any MSUrian, he said.

What matter more are the things you build around your degree, said the MSU President – the strengthening of each student’s individual value system with the Giving and Grateful (2G) culture as practised on campus at MSU, as well as Entrepreneurship and Employability (2E), on the way to convocating as balanced, holistic, well-rounded graduates.

Management and Science University (MSU) is Malaysia’s top-ranked University for Graduate Employability, with 98.7 percent of MSU graduates successful at securing employment within six months of convocation.
