On June 5, Management and Science University (MSU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) on TVET and research collaborations.

The public-private partnership aims to strengthen Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) and research components for MSU and UTHM. The collaboration was officially established at the Dewan Sultan Ibrahim, UTHM Main Campus, Parit Raja.

Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Dr. Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, MSU President and Professor Dato’ Ir. Ts. Dr. Ruzairi Abdul Rahim, Vice Chancellor of UTHM signed the MoU, witnessed by Professor Dr. Abdul Jalil Ghazali, Senior Vice President of Industrial Linkages & Entrepreneurship at MSU and Naim Maslan, Registrar/Chief Operating Officer at UTHM.

Also present at the signing ceremony were Professor Dr. Jailani Md Yunus, Director of the Malaysian Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (MyRIVET) at UTHM; Dato’ Rosli Yusof, Senior Vice President of Endowment and Communication at MSU; the senior management team of MSU; and UTHM officers.
