Management and Science University (MSU) has added two more gold medals to the University’s stable of awards and recognitions.

 

Received from the Asia International Innovation Exhibition (AIINEx) 2020 hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) this year, the two medals were awarded to the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences’ Santhra Segaran Balan and Azrina Zainal Abidin.

 

Santhra Segaran Balan received the gold medal along with a 3rd Grand Prize for his infographic poster on ‘3D-Printing of Rat Model Embedded with Augmented Reality as a Teaching Tool for Blood Withdrawal Technique’.

 

Azrina Zainal Abidin also received a 1st Position Best Award along with the second gold medal to MSU for her infographic poster on ‘The Effectiveness of 3D-Printing Model as a Teaching Tool in Understanding Musculoskeletal System among Undergraduate Students’.

 

Held online through virtual presentations from September 18th to 20th, the exhibition concluded with a closing and prize-giving ceremony on October 11th at Pulai Springs Resort, Johor Bahru.

The three categories of Science, Engineering, Technology; Social Sciences and Education; and Life Sciences were fielded in the exhibition organized by the Connecting ASIA (Academia Society & Industry Alliance) Research Network.
