Muhammad Syafiq Fitree Rozali believes that actions inspiring others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more make the actor a leader. The alumnus who graduated with a Bachelor in International Business (Honours) from the Management and Science University (MSU) Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP) draws inspiration from his own alma mater.

“How MSU thrived from small college to world-ranked University inspired me to carve a similar career,” he said.

As Chief Executive Officer to AKMOVERS – the socially-conscious company that he started as soon as he graduated in 2015, Syafiq is inspiring others through his career creation. The business entrepreneur who began the house-moving enterprise as a startup with just three members of staff now counts close to thirty including seven in his management team.

“I have always been interested in doing business. I started my first business quite early, in primary school in fact, because I needed to make ends meet. Only much later did it turn into a passion to help people. I realized that packing and unpacking when moving house is always a challenge to many. That’s when I realized my calling in logistics, and AKMOVERS was born.”

Logistics is the practical organization needed to make a complicated plan successful as regards the people and equipment involved. With its wide range of packages and services, AKMOVERS is fast moving into the mover-of-choice category. Initially Selangor-based, providing logistical solutions only to Klang Valley clients, AKMOVERS is now in Johor, Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore.

The company credentials to date comprises over a thousand house-moves, office-moves, and even university-moves, as well as over twenty satisfied celebrity clients. AKMOVERS offers every moving-related services including air-freight and sea-freight. The company has shipped to as far as Dubai.

Its niche services include Japanese-inspired attention to detail such as pre-cleaning the new house before moving in items, warehousing facilities for safe transit, and special care with sensitive things such as flat-screen TVs. Zero Misplacement, zero Over-pressure, zero Negligence, zero Exhaustion, and zero messY(ness) – in short: Zero M.O.N.E.Y. make up the AKMOVERS promise of safe, secure, professional packing and moving. Living up to its motto of delivering to the customer’s needs with the best transport for your things, the company even offers services such as the 1-hour wrapping and packing of delicate crockery as well as the ultimate ’24-Hour House Moving Without You Doing Anything’ through the AKMOVERS Premium Package.

Other than using an international SOP for moving, the MSU alumnus CEO puts the company success down to his staff.

“Logistics is not just about moving stuff. The people in it matter, too. Our passionate staff make a great team and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.”
