About the Course

The strength of MSU Diploma in Human Capital Management programme lies in the integration of academic proficiency and industrial experience. Human capital management is a vital component in any industry or institution. There is always a need for individuals proficient in this area with the right soft skills in managing people. You will learn about the legalities surrounding recruitment and termination as well as performance evaluation, and needs analysis in customizing trainings for staff. At Management and Science University, real-world scenarios are incorporated into the teaching to familiarize students with their future career. You will be evaluated by our lecturers through formative and summative assessments. To enrich your learning, we hold President Lecture Series where key industry players share their perspective and give overviews of the current trends in industry. You will need THREE (3) Credits at SPM level; OR a PTPL Certificate in Business Management with a Pass in all subjects; OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate.
