About the Course

Studying forensic science at Management & Science University will arm you with the knowledge and skills necessary for the collection, examination and analysis of physical evidence for a criminal investigation. You will be trained to integrate scientific theory with hands-on work in a highly specialized forensic laboratory, learn various theories of crime and society deviance, criminal law and the criminal justice system. You will receive in-depth training in the key techniques of forensic science by experienced lecturers as well as guest speakers from top laboratories in Malaysia. Transferable skills aquired through your analytical training will further amplify your future employability.

Entry Requirements
You need at least 2.50 CGPA in your STPM or A-levels with a Credit in Chemistry and Biology or Physics AND at least FIVE (5) Credits in your SPM or equivalent including THREE (3) from Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and English; OR a related Diploma with at least 2.75 CGPA (CGPAs below 2.75 need to be supported by at least 3 years of related field experience); OR an MSU Foundation Certificate with at least 2.50 CGPA in Chemistry and Biology or Physics. 
 
International qualifications deemed equivalent will be subject to MSU Senate approval. International students need also to score at least 6.0 in the IELTS test or 550 in the TOEFL test.
