About the Course
Master in Educational Management and Leadership is for those who wish to hold a managerial role in an academic institution or have a keen interest in management and leadership. You will study theories and models of organisational behaviour and their effects on organisation. You will research an array of human capital development and management issues and their impact on educational, economic and societal developments. You will engage with the latest developments in education research related to management and leadership, and learn how to conduct research and academic writing.
Entry Requirements
Prospective applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent as accepted by MSU Senate, with at least 2.50 CGPA; CGPAs below 2.50 must be accompanied by 5 years working experience in a related field and will be subject to MSU Senate approval; any other equivalent qualifications are also subject to MSU Senate approval.
