About the Course

Master of Education specializing in the Teaching of English as Second Language (TESL) is designed for language practitioners who wish to build on their TESL knowledge. This programme lets you explore curriculum design, trends in language teaching and contemporary instructional methods. You will be able to translate theory into practice, and identify instructional strategies and materials that promote language acquisition in learners of the English language. Graduates of this programme will be well-equipped to practise both in Malaysia and overseas.

Entry Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) with 2.75 CGPA; CGPAs below 2.75 may be accepted with five years working experience in a relevant field and subject to internal assessment by MSU
