Back To Nature Ii : Kongsi Rasa
Back to Nature II: Kongsi Rasa (Food Basket), a Community Service programme conducted by MSU College Shah Alam, was held at the Orange Asli Village at KM 24 Jalan Pahang Lama 53100 Gombak Selangor. This programme is a continuation of past Community Services programmes that we have run.
The major purpose of this initiative is to assist 20 indigenous society families, which include single mothers, orphans, and OKU people, as well as to help lessen the environmental impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. At the same time, the students were exposed to the local community and culture through this activity.
There were numerous hurdles in preparing for this activity, particularly during the MCO period when SOPs had to be followed. The kids' collaboration and devotion helped to coordinate and facilitate all activities. It is intended that such a programme might be expanded in order to examine how students can lead community activities.
In other words, this project provides a global education strategy in keeping with MSU and MSU College's purpose to produce students who are committed to success by providing an environment that stimulates thinking and fosters 21st-century learning and teaching.
