The Management and Science University's (MSU) School of Hospitality and Creative Arts (SHCA) has widely implemented numerous programmes developed by its lecturers and students to suit the needs of students for the most up-to-date skills and knowledge. Students' involvement in the implementation and operation of various programmes can aid in the development of self-development abilities and provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents. This can also aid in the development of pupils' critical thinking and creativity.


Spa and beauty students from the Project Management programme were offered spa and beauty treatment services at the MSU Salon on the 2nd level during the September 2021 semester session. The main goal is to gather the funds needed to support the main project management activity, the Bellissimo Short Course, which will take place in December 2021. Furthermore, students can hone their talents while performing the therapy service while also learning entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurial skills can help students prepare to work in the spa and beauty sector in the real world.


Three students are totally responsible for the treatment service, which is monitored by the subject lecturer. These students take part in the planning and implementation of the therapy services that are given. They investigated numerous issues, particularly those relating to the new-norm ways that have emerged as a result of the pandemic COVID-19, which has also impacted the spa and beauty business. The planning is carried out totally in conformity with the Ministry of Health Malaysia's SOPs. In reality, MSU management's clearance places a strong emphasis on the same issue in order to allow these therapy services to function on campus.


Indeed, students' talents are learned not just in the classroom, but also via their experiences in whatever subject coursework is completed and the opportunities grasped from MSU's varied beneficial resources.
