Operation Manager and Head of Special Education Needs Department at Joyous Kiddy Education Group is, Sharifah Nur ‘Addawiyah Syed Mohd Famy Al-Bukhary, an alumna of Management and Science University (MSU).

Hailing from a family of doyens who worked hard in bringing about a change in their respective fraternities in Malaysia, Adda now holds a greater responsibility to walk the path her late grandfather and dad have set before her.


“My greatest inspiration will be my late grandfather Syed Mansor Syed Hussien Al- Bukhary who was one of the Police Special Branch officers who fought for the independence of Malaysia and my dad Emeritus Professor Syed Mohd Famy Syed Mansor Al – Bukhary, who worked really hard to improve the education system in Malaysia back then when he was still serving Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). My dad continues his consultancy and research in Leadership, Total Quality Organisation and Management after retirement that UTM conferred on him the recognition of Emeritus Professor. He once told me that, “My dad fought for the independence of this country, and he could claim that Malaysia was his country. I educate the future leaders in this country and I can claim that Malaysia is my country. What about you?” The question was asked to me when I was 17 years old, right after school looking for possibilities of what my career goal should be.
