Globalization is essential for growth in every country, without it a country will not be able to flourish as it should. In MSU, we welcome globalization with open arms as our tagline “transforming lives, enriching future” serves as a platform for MSUrians to grow.

MSU created the Global Mobility Program for students to experience learning from other countries. Learning in tertiary education is not always about classroom experience but to also understand the subjects’ hands on. The School Hospitality and Creative Arts (SHCA) sent 6 students from various bachelor disciplines to 3 of MSU’s partner universities in Turkey, namely Bilkent University, Gaziantep University and Kadir Has University.


As they represent MSU internationally in Turkey, the selected students; Nur Fatin Shazwani Binti Mohd Khairi, Nur Syafiqah Binti Shahrom, Aliyah Aishah Binti Yuslee, Siti Aminah Binti Abdullah and Wan Syahirunisa Binti Wan Ismail from Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Mohamad Shahrul Bin Mahisan from Bachelor Fashion and Design Marketing were carefully evaluated.


According to the students, they had a great time and learned a lot about Turkish culture. They were overjoyed since they had the opportunity to meet a large number of new international acquaintances who were both friendly and helpful. Furthermore, they stated that their Turkish students were interested and caring about their well-being in Turkey, and that their classmates' friendliness was felt wholeheartedly.


Finally, they strongly advise all MSUrians to participate in this programme because it allows them to widen their horizons in terms of their lives and future. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you won't receive in a classroom. As a result, the programme accomplishes its goal of reflecting MSU's tagline of "Transforming Lives and Enriching Future."
