A talented scientist eager to explore new therapeutic targets for communicable and non-communicable diseases is an alumnus of Management and Science University (MSU). Dr Chew Weng Cheng’s long-term aim is to become an independent researcher and build a multidisciplinary research team


“Research is highly competitive, and not to forget, human biology is a very complex topic. It requires perseverance and collaboration. You need to have excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and do not give up easily,” he said.
