WAN FARAH WAN IBRAHIM, BACHELOR OF BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE WITH HONOURS
Her decision to marry while in the midst of her studies on the Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) programme at the Management and Science University (MSU) Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (FHLS) never got in the way of her continued excellence. One child later, and despite her busy co-curricular and community engagement schedules, she was still finishing every semester with the 4.00 CGPA she had always did, placing her firmly in the Dean’s List as well as the President’s List.
Wan Farah is grateful for the opportunity given her by Management and Science University (MSU). She had come to Management and Science University (MSU) looking for a second chance at completing her degree studies. She credits the University’s acceptance of her entry qualifications to its vast experience in global higher education. With the Bachelor’s degree now in hand, she plans to pursue her interest in teaching by advancing to higher studies in education.
DANISH HAIKAL ASMAN, DIPLOMA IN MULTIMEDIA
The 7-time scorer of 4.00 GPA received the Faculty of Information Sciences and Engineering (FISE) Dean’s List Silver Key. He placed 1st in the Department of Media Science and Graphic (MSG) Animation contest and 2nd in the MSG Public Awareness Contest and 2D Competition. He bagged Outstanding Achievement in the MSG Photography Competition, and participated in the Vision Petron National Student Art Competition 2017 as well as the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) Malaysia Championship 2017.
The professed risk-taker had steered away from an excellent O-Level in Human Biology to explore his artistic potential through the Management and Science University (MSU) Diploma in Multimedia. With diploma in hand, he is on track to a dream career at Disney Studio and DreamWorks Studio. He credits family support and lecturer mentoring for his success. Graduating with two friends in the Academic Award winners list, he says having friends who bring positive influence also helped. Danish Haikal is continuing on with his dream-career strategy, soon pursuing a Bachelor in Creative Multimedia (Honours) at Management and Science University (MSU).
