Management and Science University (MSU) received the visit of Egypt’s Ambassador-to-Malaysia recently.

Welcoming His Excellency Ambassador Salah Mohi Eldin Elwassimy on campus in Shah Alam were Management and Science University (MSU) President, Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Dr Mohd Shukri Ab. Yajid; Senior Vice President for Global Affairs and Strategic Communication, Dato’ Rosli Yusof; Pro-Chancellor, Tan Sri Dato’ Dr Wan Mohd Zahid Mohd Noordin; and other members of the management. 

With the development of higher education in both countries central to their discussion, Professor Tan Sri President shared MSU’s growth history, and His Excellency, Egypt’s aspirations for its Knowledge City in Capital Cairo. 

Knowledge City is set to be a regional hub for higher education, science, and technology, implementing the Egyptian Government’s higher education and research strategy in producing future-ready graduates. Fashion, culinary arts, graphic design, hospitality, tourism, and the services sector came under specific focus in the discussion.
