Mobile and Triumphant in Turkey

 

 

Thriving in Ankara through their global mobility experience were these International Business students from Management and Science University (MSU)Eight undergraduates of International Business spent a semester abroad on MSU’s Global Mobility Programme (GMP) at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey. The eight from the Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP) were placed at Bilkent’s Faculty of Business Administration Department of Management.

“It was a meaningful and interesting experience,” says Amir Asyraf Zainuddin, who, together with his MSU course mates, joined undergraduates from South Korea and France to emerge winner of “Exchallenge is the Challenge”. A video clip they produced among the competition’s seven challenges received the highest number of likes among all the international submissions competing.

With new friends from Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, and America among them, it was a new experience all the way for the students, across language, culture, and learning environment. “We made the local language barrier our motivation to learn Turkish,” quipped Amir.
