    Description: Researchers in this group investigate and discuss human resource management issues and relevant implications happening globally in the HR arena. We identify the barriers to effective HR and aim to build a HR strategy that supports the corporate goals. We also analyse theory and its translation into practice, organisational contexts and disciplines including human resource management; organisational behaviour; strategic management; organisational change, development, and learning.
