A. ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

B. POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
  • Language – in English

  • Use PowerPoint to prepare your poster. Before you start, make sure you set the size of your poster to A1 size (594mm X 841mm or 60 cm X 84cm or 24in X 33in). All posters are in portrait layout.

  • There is no standard template for the poster. It should include the following details:
      a. Title
      b. Authors/co-authors (underline the presenter) & affiliations
      c. Contents - introduction, objectives, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement, references

  • Each presenter / group is responsible for the printing of a scientific poster on his / her / their own expenses. The resolution of the poster should be at least 300 dpi resolution.

  • The poster boards will be numbered accordingly. Please mount the posters according to the allocated poster board numbers. Mounting supplies will be provided.

  • Each presenter should be beside his/her poster during the poster evaluation session (time to be announced on the first day of the conference).

C. ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
  • Each presenter is allocated 8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of Q&A. Please prepare your presentation as precise as possible in PowerPoint format (in English)

  • The Q&A session will be held at the end of your presentation session

  • A moderator/session chair will moderate the overall flow of the presentation session

  • Presenters are required to stay for the full duration of the presentation and Q&A session. Presenters are advised to strictly follow the duration allocated for the presentation
