A non-refundable graduation fees of RM450 is charged. The fee covers for the following:
a. Academic Transcript
b. Academic Certificate (In case of lost documents, graduands may acquire replacements from the Examination & Awards Department with a fee applied)
Payment can be made via MSU2U online Payment through MSU Website "www.msu.edu.my"
OR The graduation fee must be credited to the following account:

THE OFFICIAL RECEIPT AND ONLINE CONFIRMATION ATTENDANCE SLIP MUST BE PRESENTED AS PROOF OF PAYMENT DURING THE CONVOCATION PACKAGE COLLECTION.
Any payment by cheque must be made by 4th May 2025 (Sunday). MSU will not be responsible if students are not allowed to participate in the ceremony due to a "bounced/returned cheque" or payments made after 4th May 2025 (Sunday).
The bank-in slip (customer's copy) must be exchanged for MSU's official receipt at the MSU Accounts Department. Please email the bank-in slip to the Accounts Department at [email protected]. Include your name, ID number, and IC number for reference.

Outstanding Fees
Graduands with outstanding fees will not be allowed to participate in the convocation ceremony until all fees are fully settled. Please refer to the Accounts Department for assistance.
Any outstanding fees must be settled by 4th May 2025 (Sunday).
