Robe Collection

Robe collection are to be done latest ONE(1) DAY PRIOR to your convocation session as follows:

1. The completed "ROBE RENTAL FORM" and the "TRACER STUDY ANSWER SLIP" must be presented when collecting the robe at Level 1 (Parking).


2. Graduands are advised to check the condition of the robe and ensure it is correct and in good condition.


3. Each robe should be accompanied by a mortarboard and a 'hood,' which differ in color according to the faculty:

4. Robes must not be altered or amended in any way.

Robe Returning

1. The robe must be returned at the MSU Level 1 (Parking) area. On convocation day, the counter for robe returns will be open until 7 PM.


2. Upon returning the robes, a copy of the "Robe Rental Form" will be given back to the graduands.
   
   This "Robe Rental Form" must be kept and later presented for the collection of the certificate and academic transcript.


3. If the "Robe Rental Form" is lost, a charge of RM 5.00 will be imposed.


4. Robes returned later than the stipulated time must be sent to the following address:

   Penalties will be charged if the robes, mortarboard, or hood is lost or damaged.
   a. RM50 if returned the following day (first day).
   b. An additional RM10 daily until the robe is returned.
   


5. Charges for missing / lost items:
   a. Robe : RM150.00
   b. Mortarboard : RM60.00
   c. Hood : RM50.00
   

REMINDER: A copy of the Robe Rental Form must be presented for the collection of certificates and transcripts.
