You can currently book MSU LRC Study Rooms and Study Spaces up to a maximum of four days in advance.

MSU LRC Booking Room Policy : What you need to know about booking a study room
  1. As the person making the booking you will be responsible for the room and for ensuring that all users of the room during this booking comply with Library regulations.

  2. Please check the room descriptions before booking and comply with the stated maximum occupancy.

  3. Furniture should not be moved in or out of the room.

  4. To use the room simply find the room at the allotted time. Please bring your ID to the Circulation Counter when you want to enter the room.

  5. If the room is not occupied within 30 minutes of the start of a booking it may be rebooked to another group.

  6. Please do not leave personal belongings unattended at the library room. You are welcome to bring with you bottled water, all other food and drink must be consumed outside of the library. This to help us to keep the area clean and safe for everyone.
